About

One founder. AI agents.
Shipping across platforms.

Marissa Cheves

Founder

Smokestack Games builds and operates games across Roblox and Stake Engine. The studio runs on an AI-native development workflow — autonomous AI agents write production code, generate assets, and ship features 24/7, while human judgment focuses on strategy, creative direction, and business decisions.

The result: a single founder with AI agents and one collaborator ships across multiple platforms simultaneously, producing output that competes with studios 10x the headcount.

How it works

This is the actual architecture, not a marketing pitch.

1

Claude Code as team lead

AI reads the task backlog, prioritizes work, and spawns autonomous teammate agents. Each agent works in an isolated git worktree with quality gates (build, test, lint) that must pass before merging.

2

24/7 dispatcher

An always-on bash script reads the prioritized task list, spawns Claude Code with full permissions, and cycles through work continuously. If an agent hits a blocker requiring human input, it writes to a queue and moves on.

3

Scheduled automation

Recurring agents handle daily briefings, metric dashboards, consulting lead generation, investor updates, and system self-review — all running on schedule without manual intervention.

4

Human on strategy

Marissa reviews output, makes creative and business decisions, answers queue items, and sets priorities. The agents execute. The human steers.
